I bought some films for my camera inside each box there was a truprint prosessing envolope, I have used truprint before and have never had reason to doubt their service. I decided to send off 3 films I also ordered the photos to be put on to a disc. The films I sent were very important to me irreplaceable centimental pictures of my new born son, my camera was the only one taken to the hospital so they are the only photos of him just born, together with other important (to me) family occasions. I waited and waited weeks for the photos evetually I phoned truprint and they looked up my order on their system only to discover they had actually sent my order to the wrong address. They said told me they would do everything possible to trace my pictures and every other week they sent me an update letter to let me know they havent found them and were still looking. After what seemed like forever I got a letter appologising that they could not trace my films, along with 3 replacement films and a credit note for the amount i sent them (has to be used within 6 months). I found it very distressing to learn that I will never have those irreplacable pictures of my baby and was very insulted at the credit note, Do they really belive I would risk using their service again?.
