Disadvantages: Blurred, over-exposed prints that are useless

They are the worst film processing company on the market, they have ruined two sets of prints on me. Their comment was that the film was old and had "age spots" on it, however it was less than a month old. Having returned them twice, they still came back in the same overexposed (yellow hue) state as originally received. I headed off to ask experts on the high street who confirmed that the film was fine, but they could not print a "decent" set of prints for me as Truprint had ruined the negatives. I have now reported them to consumer affairs and Trading Standards are investigiating them. They refused to refund me and would not give me a reason! My prints included my grandsons first Christmas, he was aged 1, I have cried over this as they were the only photos taken. I do not want anybody else to go through this so trust me stay away from them if you value your photos/negatives. Once Truprint print them your negatives cannot be used to correct their mistakes so you will never have "decent prints" from your film. A very very disappointed ex-customer
