Advantages: Speed, quality, ease of order

Disadvantages: Regular mistakes in the photos returned.

QUALIFIED PRAISE.
Truprint are in my experience wonderfully cheap, good quality, and reasonably easy to use. Also quick. You choose your pictures that you have taken with care, you select the size, the number of copies, the enlargements. Your friends sometimes select from your pictures too, and then, very simply, you order them. and a few days later, there they are.

BUT IT IS SO DISAPPOINTING not to get exactly what you ordered so carefully, and this is happening far too often. Until now I have not complained, because of the other advantages of using the service.
Assuming the process is not manual, how can the computer get it SO wrong?
This time it was particularly galling, as the photos were to go to back to Kenya with a new-born baby, and it is too late to get them again before the flight this week. Six out of the eleven pictures they chose were missing.
So, a bit of a waste of time and money.
I had suggested they should use the Truprint service, but, frankly....!

PULL YOURSELVES TOGETHER TRUPRINT! YOU HAVE A GREAT COMPANY, AND IT MUST GET BETTER or we will all leave..
