Advantages: Good selection of products

Disadvantages: Slow delivery

Truprint has been my choice for online print ordering for a couple of years now. Their website is very user friendly and they have a vast array of photo products to purchase.

The prints are good quality and you can order very large sizes for quite a reasonable price, if you have a fairly decent camera and can take a photograph you can achieve a professional looking print at a fraction of the cost. The site will warn you not to produce if you use a picture which is not good enough quality to be enlarged to the size you have chosen. The editing software provided is quite basic but good enough and they have lots of different layouts and designs for cards and photobooks.

The prints aren't a bad price at all, much cheaper than supermarkets e.t.c You get 20 free 6X4 prints for registering and if a friend has recommended you, they get 20 free prints as well.

The photo gifts though aren't so cheap however they very often have limited offers for specific gifts half price. Last year I had 6 canvas prints for friends and family half price, I have also had half price photo books and calendars so I begrudge ordering at full price then. You also get a discount for multiple purchases of the same item.

Be careful over postage though, some things are quite expensive to post, they price per item rather than per order.

The customer service is poor, they have a no quibble guarantee but you can't actually speak to anyone and they take weeks to respond to emails, though you do get there eventually.

Summary: Great products
