Advantages: cheap, free film

Disadvantages: slow developing,

No doubt Truprint are cheap, but if you’re like me and can’t wait go get you pictures developed, go to a photo shop. Truprint claim that you will get you photos back within 7 days. You’ll be lucky! Truprint’s prices did tempt me a few times into sending my films off. And even with an extra 35p spent of 24 hr processing, it still took about 10 days before I got my pictures back. I have learnt my lesson and I will be quite happy to pay a couple of quid more to have my pictures developed more quickly.

I say never pay the extra 35p or 45p for 24 hr service. In my experience it makes no difference whatsoever! I usually get my prints back within 5 or 6 days whether I pay the extra or not. The only times it takes longer is at busy times (eg. Summer holidays, AUgust time). I always use TRUPRINT and would thoroughly recommend them to all.

Am sorry to hear you had to wait too long but you must have sent the films in at a busy time. My husband works for Trupring and we always get our films back in a day or two, at the time you sent them in they were installing a new system in their labs so give them another try they have the new system up and running and it is much quicker now most films are only in lab less than 24 hours as they now have a new shift system in progress where the factory is working 24 hours.
