I've had an unfortunate experience with this company. I don't know whether the problems were anyone's fault or just bad luck, so I'll lay out what happened and let everyone judge for themselves. I sent in an iPod Nano for a battery replacement; I was able to listen to it on the way to the post office. They sent an email that they'd received it, and the next day a confirmation that they'd received payment. Seven days later, they let me know that they were waiting on a part.
