Sent my ipod for repair (hold button stuck on). The website instructions were clear and easy to follow. I got an email when my ipod had been received and I was informed when it had been fixed and dispatched back to me. Great price and an excellent, quick service. Highly recommended

When my ipod classic fell into the garden pond I feared the worse. I carefully dried it and found it still worked but the screen was fuzzy and unreadable. As many people do I researched for iPod repairs on the Internet and found a number of companies. Some had no phone number, others had discontinued repairing iPod Classics and some were very expensive. I then found UKiPod Repairs. I phoned them and spoke to a very friendly lady who had a very 'can do' attitude which was pleasing. I paid the set fee via my credit card and sent the iPod via Special Delivery late Monday. This morning (Wednesday) a small package arrived and on opening it I was amazed to find my ipod had been repaired and returned to me all within 24 hrs of receipt. An incredibly quick and hassle free service. Thank you so much to all your staff
I sent my iPod without enclosing adequate information but they contacted me immediately requesting the information, even with this mistake on my part the repairs were carried out extremely quickly and my iPod arrived safely packed the next day.

I have used ipod/ipad repairs 3 times in the last few years for different equipment. The service is tremendous and very quick. If you ring up you get helpful advice on the spot. Responses to emails are also quick. The last repair was to my son's ipad and though my original diagnosis did not seem to be correct, it was still repaired within a couple of days. Cannot fault them at all. Highly recommended.

Running out of space on my 160gb iPod Classic I sent it to UK iPod Repairs to have a 240gb drive fitted.
I posted it to them on a Wednesday lunchtime and by Thursday morning I had an email confirming safe receipt and that it was being sent to a technician to be worked on. A couple of hours later I received another email stating that work was complete and the iPod would be in the post that evening. Friday lunchtime my iPod was received by me (only 48 hours after dispatch!)
The iPod was well packaged for its return journey to me, the upgrade is perfect.
Strongly recommend these people. I broke the glass on my iPad. I dropped the iPad off with them and they said i could collect in 3 hours !! I couldn't get back that day so they posted it to my work in excellent packaging . I had my repaired iPad back within 24 hours including the postage. Fantastic. the repair was excellent - its as good as new !
The problem: My Ipod classic (6th generation) worked when attached to the power source but not whilst on battery, even though the indicator showed that the battery was fully charged. The solution: My local apple dealer was unable to diagnose the problem and recommended that I try ipodrepairs Day 1- sent the ipod to them via recorded delivery Day 2- delivery confirmed via e-mail and they carried out the diagnosis and recommended a new battery Day 3- my ipod arrived back home and fully functioning again
Picked these at random and so glad I did. The site was easy to use, very clear and straightforward. the price was good, slightly cheaper than rivals and much more so than Apple who just want you to buy a new product But the speed of the service was just astounding and I really liked the way I was kept informed

I''ve been using ukipodrepairs for a few years to replace batteries and switches on my ageing iPod Classic, and more recently to repair a number of hardware faults on my iPhone 4S. I keep coming back to ukipodrepairs as I know that they''ll take care of my phone, provide an honest assessment of the work that needs to be done and deliver what they promise. One of their great strengths is keeping me informed at every step of the process, from emails confirming they''ve received the product, the expected timeline for work and when it''s being returned. It''s nice to have this reassurance when your beloved technology is away from home! After a diagnosis of my iPhone 4S I decided not to go ahead with the work (wouldn''t have been worth it for an old phone I was just look to recondition for sale) but even so they recommended somewhere I might be able to sell it, and fitted a replacement back cover rear glass free of charge to help me sell it for a little more. We all depend on our technology so much these days so its good to know that our prizes possessions are in good hands and will be returned to us within a couple of days. I thought the UK ipod repairs (Fix-it Sales Ltd) did a fantastic job in quickly repairing and delivering my ipad back to me. The process was simple, fast and they were communicative during the process. I would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.
I have used this company a couple time now to repair ipods. On both occasions they were extremely quick, and the unit came back looking like new! A few months later I also had to go back to them because one of the previously repaired units developed a fault different from the original fault. The after sales response was stunning. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. They repaired the unit under warranty, with absolutely no quibbles, and sent it back at a lightning speed. They didn't even charge me for the delivery, which I don't think I have ever encountered in my entire life.I can honestly say that I would recommend this company to anyone.Well done Fix-It, you have my thumbs up.Mark Davies
