I was so worried I would be without my ipod for weeks or worse, that the website was some kind of rip-off, and I would never see my ipod (or my money) again but I needn't have worried. UK ipod Repairs were true to their word and turned it round the same day. So from despatch to receipt it took just twenty four hours, which I think is a brilliant service time. The service i had with this company was first class, obviously i was nervous about sending our daughters ipod off when she dropped and cracked it but there was no stress in this at all i posted it wed at 5 o'clock got an email the thursday to say they had recieved and would take a look at, by thursday tea time i got another email to say it was repaired and they would dispatch to me at the earliest oportunity which must have been then because when i finished work at lunch time friday i had missed the postman and had to go collect, and i live in cornwall so its not as if its just around the corner i can't thank this company enough as it was so quick and they let me know ...  Read the complete review

I've had an unfortunate experience with this company. I don't know whether the problems were anyone's fault or just bad luck, so I'll lay out what happened and let everyone judge for themselves. I sent in an iPod Nano for a battery replacement; I was able to listen to it on the way to the post office. They sent an email that they'd received it, and the next day a confirmation that they'd received payment. Seven days later, they let me know that they were waiting on a part.
