My ipod suffered from a cracked screen and I thought about taking it to an Apple Store to have it repaired when my wife suggested that I look online. I came across a website for a company called Ipod Repairs and checked out their charges. The price they quoted for the repair seemed to be reasonable so I went ahead and sent the Ipod off, with fingers crosssed that there wouldn't be a problem. What a service! I posted the Ipod by registered mail on the Thursday, costing me about £5. I had an e-mail from Ipod Repairs the next afternoon saying that they had received it. Approximately 2 hours later I had another e-mail saying that the repair had been completed, shortly followed by another saying that it had been dispatched back to me. I was away for the weekend and on my return on the Monday my neighbour came round and gave me a parcel that he had signed for on my behalf, and yes, it was my Ipod. Fully repaired and back in my hands with no loss of data for £40. I can't praise the company highly enough and would recommend them to anybody.
