This is the third item i have had repaired by this outfit,those being an ipod touch an iphone 4 and now an ipad!!its simple and expertly ran,great effort keep it up!!

I want to commend Uk IPOD repairs for its expedient and reliable service. My Iphone 4, which had a damaged battery and dock connector was sent in on a Tuesday and I received it in excellent, working condition on a Thurdsay. Considering that I am a student, they offer reasonable prices for repair services. I highly recommend this service. Angela Tan

I broke the screen on my Ipod and after searching the internet I found UKIpod repairs and am so pleased I did. I was so worried that I would lose all my songs but I should not have feared as this is such a friendly, professional company. They fixed my Ipod promptly and at a very reasonable price. Thank-you. I would never take anything to this company again, they are friendly but took my iPhone 4 in to get screen fixed and a day after phone was temperamental an then the following day the whole screen went fuzzy and unusable! And notices left had side of screen not fixed properly! It was over Xmas and shop shut for week so I had to take to apple which I should have done in first place! Called uk iPod centre and emailed beginning of week. In call was told I was basically a liar and they woud not refund. Terrible customer care! Just spend money go to apple!!!!!

Tuesday morning I ordered my repair of my iPad 2, my son had dropped it and the screen had smashed , it was very easy to use this service as they explained what to do and what to do next ...in the afternoon I went to the post office and sent it off .....I received an email on wednesday to let me know that they had received it their end. Then an email to let me know that they had mended it and it would be back with me shortly ....Thursday morning at 8:45 am it was back with me..... This has been a brilliant service , I can't speak highly enough . I will defiantly recommend this company to all my friends and family....and knowing my son I will be using them again I'm sure.Thank you Team Helen Cunningham

UK iPod Repairs were recommended to me when the sound failed on my daughter's iPod Classic. I sent it off last Friday with no hope of getting it back before she left for a trip to South Africa on Tuesday - but we had it back in the post on Tuesday morning and off she went very happy indeed. I was amazed by the speed of service and delighted to be emailed at every stage from receipt, through repair to despatch back to me so that I knew exactly when my iPod was being dealt with. Fantastic service, competitive prices - and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs their iPod repaired. If only other service providers could provide service like yours!!

UK Ipod Repairs was recommended to me by a friend when my Iphone broke. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself. They fixed my iphone there and then, efficiently and quickly, without having to wipe the precious baby photos I had on there which hadn't been backed up. Something that I had been told was not possible! I am so relieved and so pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

After a bad experience with another repair service (3 months to not fix an iPod) I decided to try risking it again with UKipodrepairs and the result was brilliant. I sent my iPod Touch away on Monday morning for a new touch screen, LCD and battery and it came back on Thursday morning fixed - 4 days including posting. I received email updates at each stage of the process. UK iPod repairs are professional and incredibly fast! I sent my iPod away on Tuesday and it was returned to me, as good as new, on Thursday morning. Had a fantastic service from this company. Sent my sons broken ipod in on the fri and got it back good as new on the following tues! Recieved 3 emails on the mon detailing what was happening at each stage of the repair, which kept my anxious son up to date. Compared to the price Apple wanted for the repair the cost was reasonable too. They delivered exactly what they promised on their website. If only this type of service was available everywhere!

As most people my Iphone has become an essentail part of my working life and when it broke I feared I would be without it for some time causing untold difficulties . I needed it repaired quickly. it was less than 24 hours from UK Ipod receiveing my Iphone and it being back with me. The whole process from opening their website and selecting the repair needed, to paying and sending the phone to them was quick, and easy. A very simple process to follow. The repairs were done to the highest standard and the phone was returned to me when they said it would be. All in all a swift and painless process from start to finish, if only more company's where this customer focused and professional.

Used UKipodrepairs on the recommendation of a sales advisor at the Apple store, when I moaned about the cost of a new ipod. He told me all I needed was a new hard drive and he, himself, had used this company for a similar job.I visited the easy to use website, followed the instructions and sent my ipod off to them.The following day I received three emails, which told me it have been received, repaired and dispatched back. I came down at 11am and handed you my daughters ipod touch with a shatteredscreen. I came back 45 minutes later and the job was done and the ipodrestored to its pristine condition.
