I went to weight watchers before christmas and managed to loose 21 lbs, I found the diet really good, it's quiet easy to follow. It runs on a points system, for me I was allowed 28 points a day, and for example there is 1 point in a can of weight watchers soup, 4 upwards in the weight watchers range of meals, you can easily convert the points ... We all love to eat out,but when we are on a diet (most women in the country!)we would love to go to a restraunt just for people who are trying to watch their weight. All the slimming clubs have great menusfor you to try at home but if one of the big companies such as Weight Watchers were to open it's own food chain I think many women around the ... Being a computer-nut, this is ideal for me. It is the Weight Watchers 123Success 2000 diet on a CD-Rom. Not only does it keep a diary of your daily eating, helping you to calculate points as you go along, it also builds up a weight/inches loss graph so that you can see your progress. It helps you calculate the extra points earned from ... Read the complete review

As I embark upon yet another diet, I am using the Weightwatcher's Database which I ordered from their magazine. It is small, neat enough to fit into your handbag and is brilliant. You type in the calories, fat content and it works out how many points in that particular food. I know that if you attend the classes you get ... Read the complete review

I have to admit that I found Weightwatchers a very effective way of losing weight the first time I tried it. They have this wonderful system which means that you don't have to combine foods or weigh portions or even count calories and you really can eat anything you fancy. Its all based on points so that each food has a points value and you ... Read the complete review

Weight Watchers has helped me lose loads of weight (a lot more than a stone) and keep it off. I have tried loads of diets, but to me, Weight Watchers if more about re-educating yourself about food than conventional dieting. I never went hungry and if I did slip, I was never ever made to feel guilty about it! I could still go out for dinner and ... Read the complete review

Weightwatchers makes loosing weight easy. Although I did not have a lot of weight to loose (only 14 pounds) I still thought that it would be impossible. But no not impossible, not with weightwatchers. The secret to the success of this diet is that it doesn't feel like you're on a slimming diet. Well you aren't in a way as the ... Weight Watchers has proved a success for people who have had trouble being able to diet. I`ve been with the programme three months and lost a total of 20pounds, for me this is extremely good as I have health problems which stop me doing any form of exercise, also medication steroids which I take are notorious for weight gain. Heinz in conjunction with Weight Watchers have a range of frozen ready meals which are calorie counted and have points values for those following the weight watchers plan. I have tried a number of these meals and have been unimpressed, especially in comparison with other manufacturers of health conscious/diet foods. I've found the meals lack ... My clothes were getting tighter, and I was blaming the dress manufacturers for skimping on the material! No! I was putting on weight, and not very happy about it at all. I went to www.weightwatchers.com to see what they had to offer. A very easy site to navigate, and I found myself on the page that invited me to order the WW '123 ... Read the complete review

I had tried dieting previously, but had always given up as my life style simply wouldn't allow me to cut out alcohol, take aways etc. Also, I am a total chocolate addict. The Weight Watchers 123 Success 2000 diet suits me perfectly. I follow it from home and it allows me to eat whatever I like. If I have a weak moment and eat three twix ... Read the complete review
