Parcelforce

Parcelforce Edinburgh depot is a shambles. Parcelforce lost my parcel for the second time (first one and the replacement). The tracking system recorded my parcel as being there for a number of days. Repeated calls to them and repeated assurances that the delivery manager would call me back failed to result in me receiving a call from him. Not even Parcelforce's customer services department could get him to respond. Allegedly, he did try to call me but could not get connected. My phone works perfectly and no other person has had problems contacting me. You can form your own conclusion on this. If the delivery manager applied as much skill to delivering parcels as he apparently does to avoiding customers then I'm sure Parcelforce would be a much better organisation. Until then, I will do the same as many other reviewers and not buy from suppliers who use Parcelforce.

I have never had any problems with Parcel Force. I recently used their Next Day Before Noon Service. I always follow the tracking of each package I sent. Parcelforce in Portugal is a disaster. I have only had bad experiences with them. The "best" was an antique Chinese plate I bought on e-Bay. It was mailed to my P.O. Box. The sender omitted to specify that it had been sent by Parcelforce so when, after several weeks, nothing had shown up and I complained to the Post Office, someone recognised the type of tracking number as being GLS (Parcelforce).
