Since we've had this box we have never looked back. Fantastic recording facilitys meaning you can record 2 channels and watch another at the same time. I wasn't that keen on getting the V+ box when we had Virgin installed as you have to pay a one-off fee (at the time £49) which has to be paid before they will organise the installation.
