      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Cheaper then Venus, smoother, no irratation!.

      My first review :)

I got this razor as a freebie, i had been using the Venus razor from Gillette for about three years, but it seemed all the blades were not as sharp, or lasting as long as they used to. With Venus the blades stay sharp for about three or 4 uses, then go blunt, maybe it is just me though, hehehe.

Wilkinson Sword Quattro for women (schick) is the American name for them.

~The new Wilkinson Sword Quattro is the world's first 4-blade razor. It has 4 precisely synchronised blades to maintain optimum contact with the skin at all times - nothing shaves closer or smoother ~

The Razor itself is a nice hot pink and silver colour, and has large conditioning strip, which contains Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.

The handle has rubber grips and a click on, click off head, different to the Venus, anyway, to get on with it, i popped in the shower, and put gel on my legs and.........
the razor was so smooth, wow, it went over my knees so easily not digging in or cutting. The conditioning block cushioned the skin. I'm sure you could close your eyes and shave as it's so easy to use.

On the underarms i shave with the Venus, and unless it's a brand new blade, it still feels stubbily straight after, but Quattro hugs the curves and shaves so smooth, no irratation.

On the Bikini line..........i admit to using both the Venus and Quattro...... the Quattro because it has wire across the blades clog a little bit.....*blush*, but if you shave there regular and unlike me, when i feel like it, then it would be great for that area too.

I find in the shower, the handle is a little less easy to hold then the Venus, but after a while i guess i'll get used to it.

The Quattro is priced at £4.99 from Boots, and for 3 blades are also £4.99.

These are cheaper then a pack of four Venus Divine ones which retail at £7.29!!.

Using the Venus razor yesterday, i found it horrible to use, like it was scraping my skin whilst it shaves, i really didn't notice it till i got the Quattro. I'd highly recommended it, and would be good for girls starting to shave for the first time, as i've used it now 4 times, and not cut myself once.
