So i did some research and found shiseido which is a Japanese brand and thought I'd give it a whirl. I usually use a black eyeliner to carefully draw on my eyebrows however this is very tricky as eyeliners are of a soft and creamy consistency that tends to smudge and that is NOT a good look.

This product review is for what I would describe as one of the best if not THE best eyebrow pencil I've owned. I got it from ebay for just a few pounds as I found it hard to find it anywhere else on the net but some of you might have better luck than me.
