I don't like wearing foundation - and I'm 23 with pretty good skin so I don't NEED to wear it - so what should I wear instead to slightly enhance my skin? Tinted moisturiser. After a rather unpleasant experience with BeneFit's oily-as-hell You Rebel tinted moisturiser I thought I had explored the wrong avenue. However, I soon changed my mind when I gave it a second chance with Shiseido's 'Essential Tinted Moisturizer' which claimed to be semi-matte (ie. not look as powdery as matte but not as prone to shine as a fully moisturising formula).
