Asda George Leopard Print Ballet Pumps
Advantages: Pretty, cheap
Disadvantages: Dont fit me very well
I bought these a couple of months ago when shopping in Asda. Originally they were priced at £8 but I got them at the reduced price of £5. More recently I have seen them for just £3 but in limited sizes.
The shoes are a ballet pump style, they are leopard print with gold glitter all over them. They are very shimmery and shiny so they are more of a going out shoe than an everyday shoe. There are no buckles or bows on the shoes.
My feet are between sizes so I went for the larger size. However, they are a little big and I could do with buying some insoles really!
Initially when i wore the shoes they rubbed my feet something rotton, however I wanted to carry on wearing them hoping they would soon stop. I found that if I wore them with tights or socks they were fine so I did this for the first few times to allow the shoes to shape to my feet.
Now I wear the shoes now and again but not if I know I am going to be doing a lot of walking. This is because they are still a bit too big so they are not the most comfortable of shoes. However, I often wear them on a night out or to pop to the shop in and they are fine. I think this is just my feet because whatever ballet shoes I buy never seem to fit right!
They keep the wet out well, however because they are a ballet style shoe if it is raining your feet will get wet as so much of them are exposed! However, if the grass is wet etc they keep it out well.
The shoes have kept their shape and colour really well and still look brand new despite me wearing them about 10 times.
Numerous people have commented on my shoes and said how nice they look which for a fiver I really cant complain! Recommended.
Summary: Nice looking pump
