I bought these for my youngest son in the autumn as we have such beautiful weather in the UK (Haha) and it seems to rain pretty much all of the time! I bought them in Asda for the bargain price of £6! My son is in Nursery class at school and even after it has been raining and the playground is full of puddles the children are still allowed to play outside. At the beginning of the term I didn't really take into consideration that they would be out playing in puddles and on a few occasions, my son has come out of school with soggy shoes and socks! He already had wellies and when he has them on he pretty much refuses to take them back off! ... Read the complete review

Every toddling child should have a pair of wellies to hand, especially in the winter weather!! I have thrown out many a pair of trainers because of soaking wet toes, so i though that once my son was sturdy enough on his feet i would buy him a pair. Now those of you that have children will know how quickly thier feet grow as smaller tots, nd i refuse to pay masses of money on lots of shoes when they grow out of them so quickly. I have to say though, that when they first begin to cruise and toddle, it is worth getting their feet measured properly, as quite often our little beauties have wider feet than when they are a little older. Weelies are those ... Read the complete review

The world has gone Toy Story mad. Again. And again I have a small child who wants the Woody and Buzz 'stuff'. It was the same with the first two films as my older girls' wanted the toys and pyjamas, now the next installment is out and three year old Hollie's eyes are drawn to anything from the Toy Story brand in any shop we happen to be in. I refuse to buy the toys as she has far too many already, so she's resigned now to recycling (aka. claiming!) her sisters' old Toy Story stuff, but when she asked for these wellies in Asda I couldn't say no. They are standard childrens wellies with absolutely nothing to set them apart from any other brand ... Read the complete review

Buying shoes for kids is a bit like painting the Forth bridge; a neverending task! Each child need school shoes, trainers/pumps, formal shoes, sandals in the summer and a pair of wellies for the winter. It is no surprise then, that when we get a bit of snow and I drag the wellies out from the bottom of the big shoe box, that generally, the kids have all gone up a shoe size and I need to buy new ones. This was the case recently, which was the reason for my buying this rather fetching pair of Woody Wellie boots from Asda, for my little one, who is five years old. Where we live in the Midlands could hardly be described as beautiful rolling English ... Read the complete review

**The boots** When we came across these wellingtons in Asda I decided to buy them. To be honest my son does like toy story, but he was not a huge fan. The reason I decided to pick these up is because they were reduced to just £2. With many pairs of shoes from the George range I knew they were good quality and so couldn't walk past a bargain. Despite my son not being a huge toy story fan he was happy to add these boots to his collection. They have a large picture of woody on the side of the boot so he was instantly able to recognise the character branding on the boot. They are bright blue in colour with a large woody sitting on the outside of each ... Read the complete review
