Advantages: so confortable they should be illegal!

Disadvantages: a bit on the expensive side

I've just bought my first ever pair of Birkenstocks. I went for the Gizeh in mocha brown. They cost me £39.95.

I've seen people wearing these before and always thought that they weren't for me. But on a recent shopping trip I saw some, and tried them on for a joke, and I loved them!!!!

Since I bought them, I haven't taken them off! I absolutely love them!

Birkenstocks are ethically made too, making them kind to the environment! They look cool with skirts or trousers, and I wear them now instead of flip-flops, they are so much more comfortable. I am able to wear them 12 hours a day without issue, in fact I always want to put them back on when I take them off; they are that comfortable!

They are more expensive than most shoes of this type, but they last. My mum has had a pair for 5 years, she's had them re-soled once and they are still good as new.

I'd say they are defiantly worth the money, and if you think they look uncomfortable then just try them on, you won't regret it.

Summary: the most confortable pair of shoes i've ever worn.
