Great shoes, worth the investment in my opinion!

Last summer I wore three different coloured pairs of gladiator sandals. I had them in white, brown and black colours all from Primark and they cost me about six quid a pair and they were not only comfy, stylish and hard wearing for the price I paid but they also got me plenty of compliments and I even got stopped in the street by a few women asking me where I got them from! Sadly though I wore them to the death, went back to Primark to reinvest in a couple of pairs for this summer but couldn't find anything like what I had been wearing and had previously loved. After looking around a few different stores and eventually finding a couple of pairs, trying them on and them not being suitable for one reason or another I decided to invest in some decent one and thats when I stumbled across these one in my Freemans catalogue (or on www.freeman.com) and being a brand I am aware of I begrudgingly after rather liking the look of them opted to take a look at them even though they were £55.00 a pair and a little more than I originally wanted to pay to! The Sandals: Well as soon as they arrived and I saw their appearance and then tried them on I immediately realised why they cost so much to buy! Available in two colour options which are pewter and black (I went for them in the correct colour option they are given as which is Taupe but to me they are a pewter shade!) and in sizes 3-8 and both colours also come in a six and a half option too.... these are simply wonderful! What you get are a pair of wonderfully made and good quality sandals with these. The sole on my taupe pair is a browny coloured rubber, thin and textured with a little grip on the base of each one. On the black option they have black rubber soles of course. The foot bed is very soft almost fluffy material all over and although they not padded or supportive does feel really nice and comfortable. Over the top of the sandal you get four strips of coloured straps all entwining and a toe post and then to the back of the shoe a rather large heel area to support the back of your foot which is made from leather effect material which is all soft and the toe separator is as soft as the rest is too surprisingly. They do up via two small buckles near the ankle which have 5 small, perfectly formed holes and thats it. Easy to do up...they really are, wipe clean and look fabulous on! Now with these they really do come up small and we are actually advised from my catalogue that when buying these to order them a size bigger as they come up very small and although concerned when I did order them doing this I did instead of ordering a size 5 went for a 6 and that guide was 100% correct as the 6 fit me perfectly which is really odd as usually I am a perfect size 5! These are really, really comfortable and not only are they versatile and look fab with a lots of my different outfits, I can walk in them for miles too! I love them, I love the comfort they give, they rub me no where on my feet and genuinely just look expensive so all round they get a huge thumbs up from moi! Available from Freemans though Google if interested!
