Advantages: superb customer service and fantastic shoes that are made to last

Disadvantages: pricey... but still worth it

I am a major fan of Clarks shoe shops and would not trust another store to measure and fit my three girls for shoes.

I am the first to admit that they are not the cheapest shoes to be found on the high street, but have to say in this case i am a firm believer in the old adage (or as my nan used to say) you pay for what you get!

I have been caught out in the past, when feeling the pinch, and bought shoes from a cheaper store... and they gave my daughter blisters due to being incorrectly fitted... so never again!

Clarks staff will always take their time( in my experience) to measure your childs feet and get the very best fitting shoes for them. I have walked out with nothing before when the staff have not been 100 % happy with the fit or style for my child.

I have never had a problem with a pair of Clarks shoes for my children and have always been in the position where the shoes have been outgrown, rather than outworn.

For that reason i would rate this the top shop for children's shoes and would urge other parents to shop here first!
