You may have already read my review on shoe polish well this is my trusty emergency product for treating the dreaded scuffs which can appear on you shoes. I do have to say that as we get older scuffs should tend to get less however my job involves working with children - working with children = crawling on the floor, crawling on the floor = scuffed shoes in no time.

If I had to replace my shoes everytime they were scuffed I would have no money left let me tell you I can rarely go a week without my shoes looking scuffed, I have to admit I do buy cheap shoes for work for this reason and I buy this polish to fix the problem.

Clarks shumagic can be purchased from Clarks for £2.50 for a 50ml tube. The tube stands on its lid so the liquid runs to the bottom. Once the lid is removed it reveals a sponge which is really handy and means you do not need a cloth to mess around with for fixing the scuff problem. All you have to do is press down on the area where the scuff is and the liquid runs on your shoes and you can dab it in and buff for shine. Another great thing is you can get away with not setting up an area with newspaper before use as well because the applicator is very effective and you don't need a cloth that you will have to keep putting down.

Clarks stock alot of colours for this product so I suggest taking your shoes with you if you have a colour other than black to make sure you get the right ones.

I think this Schumagic is great for kids and nursery nurses alike and it definately beats buying a new pair of shoes everyime you want to look smart. It is easy to use and makes shoes look scuff free. The great thing about this is you could also carry it with you if you wanted to as it will not run run from the tube and you never know when you will have a smart shoe emergency.
