Advantages: Crocs in winter

Disadvantages: Not for a rainy day

I was so excited when I ordered these shoes. The mammoth croc is like the Caymen but with a wooly, removable lining. This makes it ideal just to pop in the washer if they get a bit sweaty or damp. Unlike the Caymen the around of the shoe is filled so no holes for the puddle water to get in, however there are holes on top, so if its raining the water does get in - they're not really a wet day shoes.
Sizing: As the shoe sizing with Crocs is bit of a dilema with them being US sizes I went for the size of my previous Caymen's but I think I should have gone a size bigger to allow for the wooly lining, but as they didn't have the that size from where I ordered them I kept them and I think I've managed to stretch them a bit, or maybe I've just got used to them.
A tip for mammoths in summer: Whilst trawling throught the interent I came across Crocs Turbo strap which if you remove the lining from the Croc you can fasten the strap on to the Croc rivets at the side and volia another pair of Crocs - so they don't have to be redundant during the summer.

Summary: crocs like winter too
