Basically like wearing slippers to work, only you don't get told off :p

Firstly I will say I am not a fan of crocs as far as the look of them goes. I have big feet for a girl (size 8), and even friends with a dainty size 5 look like they have some big whoppers when slipped into a croc. I needed some shoes for work (in a hospital), ones that were comfy for standing, light weight, and let my feet breath, and crocs seemed like the best answer.
This design is similar to the usual croc except the front is a little shorter (they don't cover the whole foot), and there are two straps, one which goes on top of the foot, and one for the back of the heel.
They were comfortable enough, but they did feel a bit strange at first because the sole feels very thick in comparisson to something like my usual footwear (basic pumps). It is something you get used to though. The stay on the foot well, non of that flip-flop feel, but at the same time they are easy on and off. The best thing though I'd say is the breathability, they're covered in holes and slots which keep your feet cool and dry.
They seem durable enough, my dog got his paws on mine though and chewed off one of the straps but they're still wearable.
One thing, I do not recommend walking long distances. I wear mine sometimes just to pop to the shops and that's fine, but I did make the mistake of going for a good long walk in them...OUCH. Inevitably if you're walking long distances in hot weather your feet will sweat no matter how many crafty air holes are drilled through the shoe (well mine were sweaty anyway), and bare feet+sweat+rubbery shoe= BIG blisters! Asides from that I've had no problems at all.

They're a great shoe for working on your feet like hospitals/nurseries, shop workers etc. Bad for walking, also terrible in the rain, although water proof your feet will be sliding around all over the place inside the shoe and it just feels squeaky and strange.
A word of advice, they make look huge, but it's deceptive. Always buy the croc in your usual size!
