I have never understood before why people in our place are crazy about these shoes. Given, they are imported and the craze of many celebrities, but who wants to wear a pair of crocodiles that are made of plastic at that? There are a lot of plastic slippers and sandals that came out before Crocs and you definitely didn't have to shell out that much to own a pair. When I first learned about the price, my jaw literally dropped. I just couldn't believe it!

It was my friend who first bought a pair for her son. Understandable, since her family is pretty well-off. They were a shade of green and they did look cute on his dainty feet. Prompted by the advertisement and encouragement from my friend, I bought my daughter a pair, too. With fingers crossed, I prayed hard I won't regret that decision. The price was just too much.

Fortunately, the shoes have been very useful, so far. The ones I bought came in sweet pink and I get appreciative stares from moms every time we go out. Well, this is really the trend in our place. I understand now that it is not just the trend that made these shoes popular but it is also the quality. They don't wear out easily and my daughter have been using them for almost a year now and they still look new. I intend to let her use these shoes until her feet outgrows them. That's the only way I can get back at the price.

There are some jibbitz available to spruce up the appearance of these shoes. They're like little characters made of rubber that you can stick on the face of the shoes. They're very adorable but don't come cheap. The most attractive feature of these shoes is the comfort-ability. They're very light and eventhough they are made of rubber, they don't stink.

Okay, these shoes look adorable on little feet but I don't think they'll have the same effect on adults. The shape is huge enough for big feet and it will only highlight the size of your feet. It's not very attractive, in my opinion. But if you're after the comfort and couldn't care less about the appearance, then you MUST buy these. I think these shoes are built for comfort and comfort doesn't come often in shoes.

For the rest of us who want a piece of the tend, there are varieties of styles available and looking at them, I am totally impressed!
