Advantages: Cheap, well-made, fairly comfortable
Disadvantages: Lack support for lots of walking
I don't normally like animal prints but picked these up in a Dorothy Perkins sale as I was looking for something to slip on easily to use when driving.
Being a bit of a wimp, I was nervous about driving my new car so wanted a thin-soled shoe which would help me feel the pedals a bit better and these were spot on perfect.
They cost me £10 and I have actually worn them loads more than I thought I would as they are very handy for just slipping on for everyday tasks such as shopping or hanging around at home.
The shoes are synthetic and have lovely red piping around the top which adds a bit of colour and contrast. They are well made, easy to wear and are not too garish.
I have worn these pumps quite a bit but would avoid walking too far in them as they lack support and have thin soles, meaning they are not comfortable for long periods of time as you can feel the impact of the pavement under your feet. However they are great for short term wear or days when you are driving more than walking.
My feet didn't get hot or sweaty in them, as can be the case in other cheap shoes of a similar design.
I have always been a fan of pumps, especially cheap ones for hanging around in and these did the job well. I got a good deal for the price and am pleased that they look more expensive than they were and go so well with jeans, which I live in.
All in all they were a great little buy and have plenty of life left in them despite a decent amount of wear so far.
Summary: A good pair of shoes
