I bought my earth shoes about a year and half ago and would like to share with you some of the benefits that i have found. I bought the earth engergetic shoes in white and gray, i found that the shoe was a little bit bigger than regular training shoes so if you are thinking of getting any then it might be an idea to go down half a size from your original shoe size. The trainer looks clumpy and quite wide across the width of your foot which is normally in my case disguised with a pair of jeans. Earth Shoes are a brand that claim to give the wearer an extra workout of the legs and bottom, and I have had mine for around 4 years now so I am well-qualified to write this review :) The main pair of Earth shoes that I have tried and tested are called 'Pacific'. They are black leather lace-up's and basically look like trainers. I bought them from a website called lovethoseshoes.com . I am not sure if 'Pacific' is still available from them, but there are many other similar equivalent styles.
