Advantages: Extremely comfortable

Disadvantages: little big ugly.

Last year one of my mates bought a pair of fitflops. I had never heard of them before. She claimed that they gave her legs a work out. As usual with anything like this i was very pessimistic.

However, when the warm weather started arriving I looked at my summer shoe collection... not much there really that I would be comforable on my long walks pushing the buggy. I decided that they looked ultra-comfortable compared to most other flipflops... i have never found them comfortable. The soles always seem to be too slim, or they flop off too much when you walk... or they rub between your toes.

I searched around online until I found them at a price i could bring myself to spend.. i think i paid just over 30 quid including delivery.

I have now owned a pair of fitfpops for about 2 months. They are fantastic!
I do lots of walking now and am looking forward to my legs being more toned... I do notice after I have been wearing them for a while that my legs have started aching - so i reckon they must do something!

Regardless of whether they actually do tone my legs or not I am more than pleased with them as they are SOOOO comfortable. The sole i made of slightly squishy rubbery material. The upper part comes nearer to the back of the flipflop than most others and is nice and wide, so you dont feel like the shoe is giong to fall off every step you take, and as it holds it in place better this reduces the rubbing that you may get between your toes.

To look at you could compare them to a pair of thick rimmed glasses that may be found in a specsavers ad! They are not the most pretty, far from dainty. probably look ridiculous with summery dresses, but look good with jeans.. and probably not too bad with shorts either.

If you are looking for sparkly, girly fashionable shoes then these are not for you.

I am more than happy with them and will be buying a new pair when these get worn out.

Summary: great comfortable product for any age
