Advantages: Help muscle pain esp back, one of the best shoes to support your Achilles & also help your posture

Disadvantages: You wont take them off & will probably buy numerous pairs.

FitFlops, here we go again Im going to start raving and babbling on.
I have terrible muscle pain most of the time, if I sleep in say till 10 am on the weekend, I cant walk when I do get up, lots of early mornings for me then!
Alot of my pain is in my back and I see a fabulous Osteopath at least once a month but I still struggle.

So when I spotted FitFlops I was sold before I had even tracked down a shop that sold them.

When you first wear them, they are a little odd, your balance feels off, it doesnt take long though, get them on and within a few hours you will feel like you have got nothing on your feet. In saying that you are advised by the manufacturer to slowly build up the time you wear them especially if you are not "fit". If you are fit and active, I personally cant see a problem only taking them off to go to bed(like me).

I bought 2 pairs early last Summer and wore them every day without fail, even in the evenings on holiday I abandoned my heels and stuck with my new obsession.
On my first visit to the Osteo after returning from hols she reported that she had never felt my back so good in all the time she had treated me!
Dont get me wrong, they are not a cure all (nothing is) but they do help me immensely.
Cant comment on the fat burning claims but thats not why I bought them.
I spoke to a lady who sells them near me(she has soo many colours of them in her shop)She sold approx 200 pairs last Summer and only had 1 complaint, not bad feed back eh?

They are constructed to increase tension in muscles to make them work harder, improve core muscle strength and improve muscle tone.
Absorbs shock on your feet, knees and back.
Strengthens and tones not only legs but feet, bum, stomach & back.
In achieving all this they also increase circulation.
The FitFlop mimics walking barefoot with increased results, they decrease the time the foot is in contact with the ground, therefore increasing the energy used when walking.
They are also said to be the most Achilles Tendon friendly shoe, which anyone who has had Achilles problems will really appreciate, they support it and take alot of tension from the Achilles.
The secret ingredient is built in microwobbleboard technology developed at the Centre for Human Performance at London South Bank University.

All I kept thinking was- what do I do in the Winter? Yes I live in Manchester(where every new baby gets an umbrella as its first gift) my feet are going to get soaked, frost bitten even.
Low and behold they have designed Autumn and Winter ranges but thats another story.....to be continued, watch this space!

So yes brilliant shoes, lots of different colours, quite a few designs, but, you will find it very hard to take them off!
