The pair of Merrell Siena Sandals that I have are a different colour to the ones shown in the Dooyoo picture, mine are black with yellow trim however the design is exactly the same as the ones in the picture. These are the sandals I use while on holiday when I have a lot of walking to do or on the beach, they are very cofortable and also provide a lot of grip when walking over uneven terrain or hard city streets. They are not cheap, mine cost me £45 however I expect to get a few years wear out of them as Merrell outdoor footware have an excellent reputation and a pair of cross trainers I have made by them have lasted me a couple of years and are still in great ... OK, my wife purchased these for our Summer holiday in Cornwall this year so she is helping with this review, after all I don't wear them (honest)!! We wanted a sandal that was both stylish and comfortable, usually the two don't go together and there is usually a compromise somewhere. However these babies not only look great but are the most comfortable sandals my wife has owned. In fact for the first few days of the holiday that's all I heard! Not only did we walk some nice streets but also over some dodgy coastal paths, the sandals felt "like open walking shoes" but minus the protection of course. We paid £35 for these from Ebay. I have ... Read the complete review

The other evening Himself commented that he could smell the aroma of new leather in our living room. I asked if he thought it was from the sandals I had just taken off. He didn't think it could be as I've had them since last year and gave them a bit of a battering while traveling in Croatia and Bosnia during some hot weather; besides I'd been wearing them since 9.00 am that morning, on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year so far. Reluctantly he agreed to give them a sniff and to his amazement (and mine if the truth be told) he had to admit that the lovely leathery smell was emanating from the sandals. Summer footwear is a bit of an issue for me. ... Read the complete review

As I don't do heels and my feet get overly hot, I'm always on the lookout for comfortable sandals I can wear in the summer. I knew from past experience with Merrell that their shoes were comfortable but I didn't like their normal sandals. I felt they protected most of my foot but in doing so, left the toes over exposed and stones were easily trapped within the supported area. I saw these and was keen to get them but had a few concerns. Firstly how would the toe strap feel around the big toes, would they cope with my wide feet and tendancy to swell when hot and finally what about stones being trapped. I had the chance to try them on in a shop in ... Read the complete review
