Advantages: Smart and comfortable

Disadvantages: The sizes are big

THE DESIGN

These are shoe boots with a 3" heel. They have an upper of soft suede and this same fabric covers the heel for a sleek look.  The front of the boots feature two golden zips, one on each side of the foot.  There are few visible seams on the boots so they look very smooth on the eye.

COMFORT

I like the height of these heels because I spend a lot of time on my feet. I am due to go back to work in two weeks following my maternity leave and will wear these often because the heel and soft sole means I can stand and walk in them for longer periods without my feet aching. The boots have a pointed toe but do not feel tight on the front of my feet or my toes, I bought them in a size 5 and they are very comfortable and fit snug even though I am a size 4 usually.

DURABILITY

The boots look dirty quickly because they are so pale but they are easy to clean because of them being made from fake suede and not the real fabric. They go patchy in colour if they get wet but dry with no stains or watermarks. I clean them with baby shampoo and warm water when they get dirty and dry them in our warm conservatory.  I have worn them a lot and the heel is still tight on both shoes and neither of the toes have scuffed or marked.  I think they will last for a long time and I plan to look after them because they are so stylish and comfortable.

WHAT I THINK

I like the shape of these boots because the opening is flat to my skin with no gaping so I can wear them with jeans, trousers or a skirt.  The zips are a bit sharp so they will rip your tights if you're unlucky, I mainly wear them with jeans and a thin pair of socks and sometimes the zips will pull those too. The boots look smart when worn with bootcut trousers and I would wear them to a business appointment if they complimented what I was wearing.

These are comfortable to walk in because the heel is wide to support your foot as you stride. They do not wobble as I walk and the sole feels like it is cushioning the bottoms of my feet when I am walking or standing. They were only £20 but look and feel like they are a costlier pair of boots and I am happy with my purchase.

5 Dooyoo Stars.

Summary: These are stylish and cheaply priced ankle boots
