Although I've been better off recently due to having a decently paid job over the summer this year, I've still been trying to save money when I can. Since I'm also trying to lose weight and didn't want to invest much money in clothes I hopefully would be too thin for soon enough, clothes was an area that I was keen to find bargains. I had a look in a few lower cost shops for shoes but didn't really find any. As I couldn't really justify buying shoes from somewhere like Dune (even though I often find lovely shoes in there) I was keen to get some for £20 or under. I had previously avoided Primark shoes as I remember girls at school buying them and them disintegrating in ... Read the complete review

Primark isn't somewhere that I really shop, however recently I had almost all my shoes packed up after a house move and needed a last minute outfit in a hurry. I decided to nip out and purchase a cheap pair of shoes to see me through the evening rather than hunt through my house for one of several boxes that had shoes in and were God knows where. As I didn't want to spend a lot I headed off to my local Primark on the advise of a friend. I must say I'm not really a fan of Primark. Most of their clothes I find to be cheap, tacky and so widely worn where I live that you could go out in a T-shirt and find 5% of the other women your age wearing it on the same day - ... I've got around six pairs of ballet pumps from Primark and these ones are my most recent pair. I bought them during the summer as I practically live in flats during the warmer weather and I picked these because they're simple and versatile but they have a subtle girly bow on the front which I think makes them look a lot nicer than the plain ones. I paid around £6.00 for these which is around the average price for a pair of basic Primark shoes and a real bargain in my opinion! The shoes are only available in store as Primark don't have a website and the last time that I was in there a few weeks ago they were still in stock. The pumps are available ... When it comes to Primark shoes, I often find that they are hit and miss. Despite being a huge lover of Primark and all of its bargains, it is fair to say that some of the shoes I have tried from there have been utterly useless. However, I sometimes manage to find a pair which do the trick and for a small price tag. I don't expect shoes to last long when purchased from Primark, but a good few weeks at least is expected. These are obviously only available from Primark stores as they do not have a website. They have been around for a good few months now, as I have had mine a while, so be sure to get some soon if you are interested in case they discontinue ... Read the complete review

It is not often that I take a trip to Primark despite there being three large stores nearby. I find that children's clothes shrink and misshape often and the ladies clothes always seem a little hit and miss for me, but while we had relatives staying from England we decided to have a look. These shoes cost just £6 and are available in different colours. I chose the white ballet pumps with a black bow as it was the summer and I was looking for a pair of white flat shoes. The shoes Of course the shoes are ballerina style pumps so they are flats. I struggle in high heels so tend to avoid them, and I really like this style as I find they can be worn ...
