... like material , and are very secure inside the bottom. My son never complained that this rubbed or hurt his feet , I know some children wouldn't be comfortable wearing something in between the toes but it didn't bother him at all.
The flips flops have a printed design on the foot bed of the flip flops , bit pointless really as you can't see it when you are wearing them , but it lasted well , and only started to crack and fade when they started to become to small .
