Advantages: Well priced, stylish, versatile
Disadvantages: Can't be washed
Style:
These are your typical flats, with a synthetic flat sole and a (VERY) slightly raised padding near the back of the shoe, i'm talking cm's here! They're round toed with a cord bow detailing, adding a unique and feminine look. They're not your usual bows and do require been tied once bought. The material's a shoe lace/thin rope type material. The shoes are 100% leather, causing the shoes to be slightly firmer than your usual flats but are soft to the touch and comfy to wear. Putting them on is easy; like all flats they simply slip on. I find they're very versitle with my outfits, and can look good with jeans, shorts, skirts, pretty much anything, without looking out of the ordinary/clashing and are smart, classy and discreet - ideal for any setting; work, college, uni, school, home, trips around town etc.
Material & Care:
As these shoes are 100% Malachy leather they ofcourse need that bit of extra care. Washing them is a huge no-no; they'd shrink, crease or even simply break apart, so i wipe mine with either a damp cloth or anti bactrial wipes, which does the job in cleaning them aswell as giving a lovely shine. As leather's so delicate they will scuff if not taken care of. I make sure to wear mine just to Uni and trips around town shopping and make sure i don't step in any dirt etc. Ofcourse if you do scuff them, dabbing on a bit of suitablly coloured polish will do the trick.
Comfort:
I've found they're much firmer than my cheaper, man-made material. They don't give a huge amount of support to the food nor do they cushion the soles of the feet hugely but for casual use and not hiking they're fine!
Price and Value:
£25. I feel for 100% leather this is a bargain and the fact they're so versatile and soft makes them 100% worth every penny.
Sizing and Colour Options:
Colours: Camel (Black and mustard yellow), or Black.
Sizing: UK 3-8.
Overall opinion: Well worth the money i paid for them and i wear them daily to uni as they're lovely and soft. Ideal for anyone who wants a well priced, high quality pair of leather shoes.
Summary: Ideal for anyone who wants a well priced, high quality pair of leather shoes.
