Advantages: Comfortable, warm, variety of colours
Disadvantages: Price, cleaning
I own three pairs of these boots and I live in them. They are so comfortable and fit very well.
A lot of people advise you to buy Uggs a size smaller than what you normally would buy, but I don't agree. I'm a small size 5 (sometimes 4.5) and I ordered my Uggs in a size 5 and they fit perfectly, almost a little too snug at first but after the first couple of wears they stretch out a lot.
They feel lovely on the inside, very soft, and come with an authentication tag in the box. One thing I've always found with Uggs is they never rub my feet. I've worn mine everywhere, even when I've been walking round shopping all day and they are never uncomfortable.
The only problem with Uggs is that they're hard to clean. Ugg offer their own cleaning products that I haven't tried, but obviously if you buy light coloured Uggs be aware that wearing them in the rain is risky - they stain very easily. If you're going to invest, I'd definitely consider going for black or dark brown as they'll honestly last for years - I've had my oldest pair for 2 years and they're still perfect.
Ordering them direct from Australia is probably the cheapest option, or look out for special offers - I bought my last pair when Asos offered £50 off Uggs a few weeks ago. Definitely invest if you want warm boots for winter though, just be aware that lighter coloured Uggs stain easily.
Summary: Most comfortable footwear that I own
