I have never been a big fan of the Ugg boots. I could never see the point of a winter boot that wasn't waterproof or why you would wear fur lined boots with shorts in summer. But that was then, I am now a convert and lover of the boots I once thought were Uggly!!

Being more of a high heal kind of girl I never thought these were particularly attractive but when my younger sister purchased a pair I felt compelled to try them on to see what all the fuss was about. Not only are the confortable and warm but I had to admit that they did look rather cute with my leggings and wooly jumper. It was like walking on air. So I bit the bullet and bought a pair for myself.

The black tall classic boot is just fabulous. Great for the cold weather and easy to pull on for the school run or to nip to the shops. On the downside they aren't great when its icy outside as the grip isn't great, but then thats par for the course in winter I suppose. I also don't think they would be great for the snow as I think it would ruin the suede and the thought of wearing soggy furry boots doesn't excite me, but I'll let you know how that goes when the time comes.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with these boots and I think they will become a wardrobe staple, although perhaps not in the summertime.
