Advantages: So comfy, warm

Disadvantages: Pricey

I absolutely adore my Uggs, I started off with a pair of Ugg Minis costing £110 and I have just spent £130 on Classic Short ones. I bought both pairs from Fenwick.

I have the cream colour in the short ones and the tan minis. They are absolutely amazingly comfortable - you have to try a pair to believe it, and it is like walking around in a pair of snuggly slippers as they are lined with sheepskin.

They also look trendy if you can resist the urge to tuck them into a Juicy Couture tracksuit WAG-chav-style....with skinny jeans and a jumper they look great. They are exceptionally warm (so much so that even on a cold day I have to be careful not to wear too many layers of clothes or I end up overheating!) and I have to be virtually prised away from my Uggs when the weather warms up.

They are pricey, there's no denying it, but I get so much wear out of mine they have paid for themselves ten times over at least. My short ones I only purchased in December, but my Minis lasted me a year and to be honest they only got binned because I made the mistake of popping them on a few times without socks which left them smelling awful.

What I found is that they did go stained and patchy (bits darker than others) after a while, and certainly when I wore them out in the rain, but this looked as though they were meant to be like that and added a bit of character to them. They never scuffed and despite being worn from October 2007 until April 2008 and September-November 2008 on a (seriously) daily basis, the soles still showed no signs of wearing thin at all.

They were not waterproof completely, my feet got soaked through to my socks on the occasions I wore them in heavy rain.

They are so comfortable that you can wear them anytime and anywhere so i you invest in a pair you can be sure you will wear them to death!

Summary: The best footwear ever made

Hello Mrs-LT,
Glad to meet another Ugg fan- just wanted to give you a few tips on reviewing as it can boost your points:
Saying things like where you can buy Uggs, if they have any differences in sizeing, if they are hard to take care of eg keeping them clean, if you can buy any acessories to go with them eg hats, scarves, cleaning kits, what they are made from, how long they last for before you have to get a new pair/they look straggly etc you have said a bit about these but more would be helpful- try to be as specific as possible.
Good luck and welcome to dooyoo, happy reviewing!
