“ Brand: Shoe Zone / Type: Ballerina „
I first bought these shoes a couple of years ago when I was shoe-shopping for my cruise holiday. However, I am now on my fourth pair - they seem to always be available in Shoezone as they bring them back each summer. The shoes are very popular and quite frequently sell out. There is a white pair which I keep waiting for, but every time I go the shop they are always sold out.
I think that these shoes look very pretty and girlie. They have sequins on them which I think makes them look prettier. A lot of people have commented on my shoes saying how pretty they are.
I keep a pair of these shoes for 'casual' so for college or to go shopping. I have also worn them on nights out as they are quite smart. I have also got a pair which I wear to work in my waitressing job - they are easy to walk in. However, I do find that they do catch my little toe and give me 'corns' after a while - but I usually don't notice this until I've been working for about 3 or 4 hours.
The shoes are flat and so are easy to walk in. However, I would not recommend them for 'walking'. I recently went to London and we went for a walk through Regents Park - my poor feet didn't half hurt after wearing these shoes. I could feel the stones under my feet and so it felt as though I was walking barefoot. I also ended up with lots of chippings in my shoes and so I would say that they are definitely not suitable for walking far.
At £12.99 a pair, the shoes are cheap and so I didn't expect 'great things' from them. After a couple of months they started to wear - holes appeared in the sides which is a shame. Although as they are so cheap, it is affordable to buy a few pairs.
I would definitely recommend these shoes as they are so pretty, comfortable (for a while) and cheap.
