Forbidden Planet:
... Planet was one the greatest shops in Stoke on Trent in the years that it was known as Another World and located in the arcade that is now TK Maxx, it was a stunner. It is a retailer of graphic novels, comics, computer games, cult and science fiction, band merchandise, DVD s, toys and magazines. If I were to write a review in its general section I would have given it more stars as some of the other stores ... Trafford Centre ... have only been to the Trafford Centre and it was courtesy of a coach trip which I was persuaded into going to. The first thing that hits you about this shopping centre is the sheer scale of the building which of course is echoed by the huge number of parking spaces which underline it s popularity. As you gaze upwards at the building it s apparent that it s very grand with a very esoteric feel. The shopping centre itself is on several levels and includes disney shops, a huge range of sports shops, cafes, restaurants and many other ranges of shops. In fact in terms of it s coverage there is very little that you will not find here. My favourite shops were the numerous mu... Read the full review: Manchester's finest by davey_26 |

Marks and Spencer ... and Spencer- useful! I have quite an eye for a bargain and I have to say I don t find much in here. I only recently started to have a mooch around because as I am getting older, more people come in to my life that I buy Christmas presents for and Marks seem to have something for everyone! A little history Marks & Spencer is a major British retailer, with over 885 stores in more than 40 places over the world, 600 or more domestic and 285 international. Unbelievably, Marks is the largest clothing retailer in the United Kingdom, as well as being an classy food retailer, and as of 2008, the 43rd largest retailer in the world! Most stores sell clothes and food but... Read the full review: Marks and Spencer by hstokoe44395 |

Westfield Shopping Centre (London) ... opening of the Westfield Shopping Centre was an incredibly big deal for many people living in and outside of London - a massive super mall in the vein of the Americans, the Westfield promised an unparalleled shopping experience, offering all of your favourite (and soon to be favourite) brands and shops under one roof. It warranted its own Tube station! Within two months of it openings its doors, we made the trek from Canary Wharf to Shepherds Bush, ready to be blown away. We were definitely overwhelmed, to say the least. It was a Sunday, and the Tube station was full to Bank Station at rush hour on Monday morning capacity. The crowds basically picked us up and drew...
