Donington race track, donington market and castle donington are all in leicestershire..... Don't be fooled by the derby postcode. Same goes for other well known leicestershire places that are near the borders. East midlands airport is not in Nottingham. Market Bosworth is not in Warwickshire. Belvoir Castle is not in Lincolnshire. Foxton Locks are not in Northamtonshire. Twycross zoo is not in Warwickshire etc....... Although, if these other counties want to poach some of these places, we might be willing to exchange them for Lincoln Cathedral, The Peak District & Stratford upon Avon!

Donnington Market is situated on donnington racetrack which is right next too East Midlands Airport. It runs every Sunday starting from about 8am. Its 50p per person too enter the market and children are free. I've been going to this market for years since I was a child. There used too be at least 10 asiles with all sorts of different stalls selling all sorts eg. Clothing, Tools, Baby Toys, Cosmetics, Body pericing & tattoos, Household cleaning, Furniture, Baby pushchairs accessories, Garden Items, Bikes, Sweets & food, Car & sound stalls, pet stores & More. The soon to be home to the British Grand Prix, Donnington Park is situated right next to East Midlands Airport and a short drive away from Derby. Donnington is also home to quite a big market which takes place every Sunday running through the day, ven though it has been there for years, I hadn't actually been until a couple of weeks ago as I have been told that it gets better towards Christmas and we wanted to go a little before CHristmas so it wasn't quite the mad rush as it apparently normally gets.
