Newest Review: ... artist or designer with beautiful shops, the saatchi gallery and the designers guild. On visiting my husband I could never fail to go to the local patisserie and order the best pastries in town, with beautiful and exquisite custard and cream and a coffee to take away. The shops are a wash with some high street shops such as john lewis, habitat, starbucks, accessorise but the shops in between are a shoppers dream, albiet incredibly expensive! Do not go to the kings road shopping if you are on a budget because you simply wont be able to buy anything! My husband worked on the kings road for many a year and I increasingly became a fan of the sophisticated line of shops, trendy yet elite cafes, hidden restaurants and clarity of well dressed women walking down the road with their babies in bugaboos. Ok so its an incredibly snobby area, full of wealth and that means very few people who walk down the kings road and live in the area are short of a penny, but its intriguing, and a shoppers delight as well as perfect for the artist or designer with beautiful shops, the saatchi gallery and the designers guild.
