Service of MS at Staines Branch is awful, even customer services are becoming careless about their customers. The staff there are not helpful. if you ask them about an item, they will point with their finger rather than walking you to the item location. Most annoying response was when I requested a bigger bag for my items since it was raining and i dont want my shirt to get wet. Their answer was a sharp no. I expalined to them about weather and they could see it but insisted on their negative response. Finally I felt unahppy and returned all items back and they didn't care not even the customer services. For a bigger bag, they are willing to lose a customer who has been shopping with them for over 10 years. they were talking to me as if i were a kid, didnt show the respect offered by many other stores. what a shame
