Marks and Spencer- useful! I have quite an eye for a bargain and I have to say I don't find much in here. I only recently started to have a mooch around because as I am getting older, more people come in to my life that I buy Christmas presents for and Marks seem to have something for everyone! A little ... Read the complete review

Service of MS at Staines Branch is awful, even customer services are becoming careless about their customers. The staff there are not helpful. if you ask them about an item, they will point with their finger rather than walking you to the item location. Most annoying response was when I requested a bigger bag for my items since it was raining and ... Read the complete review

Marks and Spencers is a byword for good quality and tradition in British Shopping. With over 600 stores in the United Kingdom and 285 stores abroad, Marks and Spencers is a brand well known throughout the world, being the 48th largest store on the planet in 2008. Created by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer, the stores are ... Read the complete review

Marks and Spencer is one of those stores that has been about for so long now that it is a British institution and a name easily recognisable on the high street. The store used to be renowned for its quality of items with their clothes made to a fantastic standard and nothing ever being made on the cheap but of recent times the store has undergone ... Everyone knows M&S, but not everyone shops there, surely? I mean, the quality of items are undeniably good, but the prices are high to match. I can't see how the average Jo could possibly do there weekly shop there regularly witht he prices M&S charge. I don't recall the prices off the top of my head, but just look at the ... Today I visited the West Quay Southampton branch of Marks and Spencer. Its quite large, with one floor for men, and one floor for women and kids. Theres also a cafe which I didnt go in, and a supermarket where you can get a small range of weekly shopping items. I tend to just use it occasionally for a sandwich or salad and lunch ... Food, clothing and even house hold items can be found at Marks and Spencers. Lot of you may already know the store is not doing so well and certain branches in towns and cities are facing shut down.Marks and Spencers have though made a effort since then by putting their prices much cheaper and trying to compete with their rival ... Marks and Spencer is the quintessential of the British Store. It is an institution, a household name, and people refer to it as M&S or marks and sparks. I have a larg M&S Near the place where I work and a smaller one near home. What I like most from M&S are their range of lavender products, they ... Read the complete review

It's tricky to know where to start with writing a review about Marks and Spencer. A British Institution, and a place you can almost be 100% certain to find on any major high street. I suppose I have a bit of a 'soft spot' for Marks and Spencer, or, 'Marks' my late grandmother always called it. She could call it what she liked really, ... Read the complete review

Marks and Spencer is an excellent store which not only offers high quality food but also home ware, clothing and electrical goods. I will start with their food which is exceptional, it may be a little expensive for me to shop their on a regular basis but once is a while doesn't break the bank. As mentioned it may be a bit more expensive than ... Read the complete review

Marks and Spencer is a British Instution I think. Some of my earliest memories as a very young child are going into M&S. With so many of our stores closing it is good to know that you can always rely on some things - and M&S is one of those things. I use most of their departments and have always been very happy with my purchases and ... Read the complete review

I had some vouchers a little while ago as a gift for Marks and Spencer, I never really normally shop in Marks and Spencer and tend to stick to Tescos, so I went and had a shop at Marks and Spencers and for me I have to say I have a rather mixed bag of opinions about this store. I find that with Marks and Spencer you have to keep ... Read the complete review

I always used to equate Marks and Spencer with people that have more sense than money. I used to pop into the store and see people doing what looked like their weekly food shop and paying way over the odds. Then I discovered that some of their food was really nice. Chocolate covered raisins, small custard tarts to name just a couple, ... Read the complete review

I have to agree with the others regarding M&S online shopping. They have always been so reliable for me recent years but this last week they let me down. Ordered Wine Rose and Chocolate basket for my dear Mum. Elected delivery on Sat 14th - order placed on 11th. Email received on Saturday (day of delivery) telling me it ... Read the complete review

I always shop on line and usually never have any problems unless its Marks And Spencer. They are appalling, split an order of 7 small items into 4 separate deliveries, one of which never arrived and now is unavailable. The staff do not seem to know what is happening and give conflicting information, all of it wrong.
I will never use them again life is too short to spend time sorting out problems this company creates, quite simply they should stick to the high street.

After many years and countless occasions where John Lewis have let me down when I have sent flowers through them, I thought I would try M&S for a change. How refreshing it was the flowers were gorgeous, the selection huge. The delivery was perfect and faultless. M&S put John Lewis totally in the shade when it comes to sending flowers and I won't go back to anyone else again

I have always liked marks and spencer and have always been pretty impressed with their customer service which in todays day and age of basically no customer service is a refreshing change. About three years ago I bought some furniture from M and S. It was expensive stuff, oak the total cost of which came to in excess of £2000. ... Read the complete review

I like Marks and Spencer, I shop mainly in the supermarket and the lingerie department. For many years Marks and Spencer have been synonymous for their quality both in food and clothing. Well where do I begin on a company that means so much to me from both as being a customer and a member of staff of Marks and Spencer. I really do have a lot of time for M&S as they always seem to have some nice clothes and the displays always look attractive and their food well I was brought up on their food and love it as much now as I did ... I am a huge fan of Marks & Spencer and have shopped there for years. The best thing for me at least, is the womenswear - they stock the best range of sizes on the high street and I get nearly all my trousers there as getting short length trousers isn't a problem in Marks & Spencer. You can buy size 8 to 22 as a matter of course ... Read the complete review
