Merry Hill or Merry Hell as it's often referred to is situated in Brierley Hill near Dudley in the West Midlands. Boasting a large shopping centre with surrounding rows of shops outside and a large Odeon cinema Merry Hill is a paradise for people craving a retail therapy kick. I usually only visit Merry Hill once a year now that the Bullring has opened in Birmingham, I used to visit once a month before. I do tend to be a bit of a lazy shopper at times and like places like this where everything is in the same place and you havent got to go to more than one place to get what you need. Last time I visited it ... Read the complete review

Merry Hill Car-Parking ; Or more to the point, traffic management. Whilst i appreciate that christmas and the week or so immediately after it are very busy, Westfield, the owners of Merry Hill, do not seem to care about shoppers trying to get home afterwards. There was no apparant sign of any traffic management, ... Read the complete review

I have used Merry Hill since it was opened many years ago and is on my doorstep. I have been a huge fan and think it is laid out very well, has access for all and is light and airy and immaculately clean. I went to do my Christmas shopping 3 weeks ago though and slipped on the incredibly slippy floor. As I am a frequent visitor to ... Read the complete review

This afternoon I fancied some retail therapy, and being nearly 5 months pregnant I thought I'd pop to Merry Hill in the Black Country to stock up on some baby goodies. Now, for this kind of stuff I'd usually head straight into Birmingham City Centre but I decided to use Merry Hill for the simple reason that all the stores are in one place with no ... A lovely ditty of a shopping centre just outside of Birmingham. It's the best thing Dudley has to offer in the way of shopping, with about a thousand shops under one massive roof. And a market. There is a range of Poundland to Morgan, cafe's in the middle of areas and quite comfortable sofas littered around where you can gaze at mini ... Read the complete review

Merry Hill is overrated in my opinion. I often visit this and other shopping centers in Europe. It's certainly not the best, despite it's claim at being the biggest (what in, crowds?) Actually reaching Merry Hill by car is a nightmare; its vicinity places it right in the middle of an industrialized rat-run at the best of ... Read the complete review

Merry Hill - one of the country's largest shopping malls. Located just outside Dudley in the West Midlands, Merry Hill is at the heart of Midlands Shopping. To my belief, the Merry Hill Centre seems to be 2 places at once, so it can defy the laws of physics. The reason why, should be fairly obvious to those who thrive on the centre, but for those of whom do not know here’s the reason why. Whenever there is something good to say about it, it’s Merry Hill ‘Dudley’. However, ... Read the complete review

Christmas Shopping can be a nightmare at the best of times, but when you have a 3-year-old toddler in a pushchair it becomes your worst nightmare. Merry Hill is a big out of town shopping complex, just outside Dudley in the West Midlands. It was built on the site of former derelict factories and is signposted for miles around so you can’t miss it. the Merry Hill SHopping Centre in Brierley Hill, ( which is near to Dudley and located in the Black Country, ,West Midlands), can be either Very Merry Hill or Bl**dy Merry Hell, depending upon what day of the week you are able to go, ( and what season too!)
