The only Royal Sweet Centre mentioned in Dooyoo was Blackburn, so before I begin, let me say this is not about that particular shop. Being Diwali, we spent the weekend celebrating in Leicester, where it would have been rude not to indulge in some traditional Indian sweets. We located the Royal Sweet Centre in the region of the infamous Belgrave Road.
