Advantages: Good food restruants

Disadvantages: Expensive Shops

I have visited Silverburn on a few occasions and each occasion it has not got any better. I do not rate this shopping centre great. I feel it is for people who have many and its made very clear when you walk around the shopping centre. It has shops such as Argos, Boots, Burtons some shops for average paid people but then you get your shops like Coast and Benetten and Sisley which are for the the people with more money. If you have the cash then this is the place to be. I feel it does not have a lot of space for people to sit down and relax (guys) and places for cheap tea/coffee.. It is Costa Coffee which is expensive. Tesco is located next to Silverburn which is reasonable and people can get food shopping as well as many electrial/clothing and other goods. Carparking at Silverburn is great you will almost always get a space. Restruants at Silverburn are also very nice I would recommend Frankie and Bennies but as for shopping unless you have plenty money this is to be avoided I think.

Silverburn is located in the South Side of Glasgow, Pollock to be precise. Silverburn is easily accessed by Bus, Car or Coach.

Silverburn has 5 shopping areas called The Square, The Garden, The Circus, The Lane and The Crescent. All shops are located on the ground floor with the upstairs being used for multistorey carpark an Spa Area. Lifts are avaiable for wheelchair access to the upstairs area.

There is not many toliets and are not signposted every clearly. I found one set of toliets when I was there and it was at the other side of the shopping centre so if you are bursting for the loo its not the best place to go.

There was not anything for kids to do and be kept entertained while parents shop.

Summary: Beware
