This unit was an expensive mistake. Dumping quantities of paper into the hopper as the machine is marketed for inevitably results in a paper jam as paper bridges across the shredder slot. The front feed slot is also awkward as paper tends to go up into the hopper instead down through the shredder. The hopper access door is hinged at the top which makes clearing the inevitable paper jams even more frustrating. DO NOT buy this machine if you expect to dump quantities of paper into the hopper and walk away (unless it is all crumpled up-thats the ONLY way it works as advertised). And don't expect any help from tech support either!
