We have this shredder at work and have been using it for about 14 months now, having paid well over £350 for it- well using it until last month when it died a premature death! We work with children and families and therefore are having to dispose of rather large amounts of highly confidential documents on a daily basis, and with the sensitive nature of our work this really is vital.
