      Introduction
      ##########

I was concerned with all the identity theft going on in the country - that I decided to invest in a shredder. I didn't want anything over the top. I simply wanted something I could use to shred my bank statements, receipts and other sensitive data.

      The Machine
      ###########

      Cost: £19.99 from Office World
Sheets: This can handle upto 5 A4 sheets at one time and feeds the paper in automatically.
Cut Style: This will cut the paper into little diamonds - this makes it even more secure and adds piece of mind.
Bin Capacity: The bin can handle about 70 A4 papers shredded before its time to empty the bin.
Weight: The weight of the shredder is 3Kg - so it's a nice study weight.
      Dimensions: Width: 282 - Depth: 150 - Height: 340mm

      Performance
      ##########

The shredder is really fast for what it does (cuts the paper into little diamonds) and is relatively quite. I don't have to worry about staples being in the papers as this will also shred the staples.

The small transparent window on the bin tells me when the bin is about full, so in know when to empty it.

It's a nice size; I just keep it under my table and it stays there.
