Old Town Trolley Tour San Diego (California): ... Old Town Trolley Tours has provided sightseeing tours since 1989, and they try to highlight the best of San Diego. I Got on the trolley at the Old Town having bought my ticket from Barbie at one of the stalls. The ticket was $32 and with this...

ksb76 Waitomo Caves
... cave system, and one of the nicest places to see New Zealand s real treasure the gloworm! These little guys thrive in these caves and given a little peace and quiet will quite happily shine away. To get to the caves you have to take a boat along a sound which takes about 30 minutes, and then you have a small tour through a visitor centre before being taken through the caves. Pleae note, if you have very small children with you they cannot go through the cave because of noise. Upon your return to the visitor centre you are given a cup of tea, and then back to the boat for your return journey. The caves themselves are awesome, however this is really a great half...

taylor72 Cueva de los Verdes (Green's Caves)
... caves are situated at the North of the Island and are easy to find by car, they are also included in many of the day tours available - you will be given daily leaflets on all tours if you walk anywhere in Lanzarote! History The caves were formed around 3000 to 4000 years ago when the Corono volcano erupted and are actually lava tubes - it forms one of the longest lava tunnels in the world. When you firs...

princessjaney CN Tower
... CN Tower, in Toronto, Canada, is the second highest free-standing structure on land in all the world (surpassed only by the Burj Dubai). At 1815.39 feet tall, it is a commanding part of the downtown Toronto skyline, and a must for any visitor to the city. I was lucky enough to eat in the 360 Restaurant, located at 1151.6 feet. The menu is varied, offering a fixed price meal (appetiser, main and dessert for $58 or $65) and a varied lunch and dinner menu. A standard three course lunch meal will cost you at least $75 dollars during the week, the food is good and the service brilliant. Add to that the amazing views of Toronto that you get as you eat, and all in all it s...
