Welcome to the heart of darkness? Livingston in Polk County, Texas? population 5433, located on the intersection of highways 59 and 190 about an hour north of Houston?s Intercontinental Airport. I am giving Livingston one star because I really don't know what else to do: I have very strong negative feelings about this place, but I still seriously recommend that you visit.
