From this we moved down along the right hand of the staircase towards the 'granny flat area he had converted for his grandparents. There was largish double bedroom with ensuite all very nicely furnished on this ground floor so his grandparents did not have to cope with ... more ... stairs.
The next room we passed by was the dining room which was very traditional with a large table laid with good cutlery. The furnishings were dark wood and looked like any other dining room of moderately well off people.

WHERE IS IT ?: Graceland is on Elvis Presley Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee, USA We were staying in Gatlinburg which was about 7 hours drive from Memphis but I'm glad we made the effort to go to visit this famous home of Elvis. The weather, make sure you get it right. Got to see alot in a short space of time Slightly expensive. Mostly on the bus Lots of information Buses might be full when you need to get on one You get to see the sign up close without obstructions None that I can think ofFurnace Creek (Death Valley)
